These are best heat packs I have ever used .I use more as a cold pack n this can be used in both ways cold & hot pack.Also it is first heat pack which lasts long.Highly recommend

A furry bum bag for my heat pack that stays warm for hours?! Genius! I use this mostly for lower back pain, but also wear it on my front occasionally. I immediately purchased one after seeing someone wearing it at a vinyasa flow class and having to ask her what it was. I’d been hating on my traditional heat pack - reheating it every 15 minutes and trying to work out ways to walk around with it shoved down my pants! She mentioned that the Hottle actually allowed her to do things during her cycle (yoga, fold the washing), and I was sold. THIS IS THE HOLY GRAIL of heat packs. I’ve since bought one for my friend who suffers from endo too.

Absolutely love my hottle, best ever invention guys. Having had back issues for a very long time, it’s great to be able to put my hottle on and continue to do things. Would highly recommend this to anyone with bad backs, or it could be used for stomach pain as well just turn it around the other way so the warmth is on your tummy. 😊✨

This came in just in time for my wife who unfortunately got the flu after Christmas I got the double pack for her this allowed me to have one horse and one cold for her whenever she will get those flushes stay cold for ages and stayed warm for ages plus she says it was comfortable. Although she wasn't having. Cramps this really came in when it was needed.

I'm totally obsessed! My Hottle is with me 90% of the time. I wear it for comfort and warmth while I'm working at my desk. I also use it to reduce hip pain due to an injury.
