We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
At the time of purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email confirming that your item has left our warehouse and provide you with tracking information.
If you have checked your junk mail folder and have not received either of these emails in a timely manner, please contact us at customercare@thehottle.com.au and we will provide you with an update.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Every effort will be made to dispatch and deliver your order as soon as possible but Covid-19 may cause some delays from time to time.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer International shipping.

Change of Address must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering with the subject ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ to customercare@thehottle.com.au and we will do our best to intercept your order and update your postal address.
Our Refund Policy applies to all heat pack and eye mask purchases made online at www.thehottle.com.au
Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
Change of mind;
If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
in saleable condition;
unused with all original packaging;
returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.
The hottle, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
Consumer guarantees;
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
The hottle will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. A photo must be provided to the hottle team supporting the claim.
Return tender;
Refunds will be given using your original payment method
If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, the hottle has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items;
Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
Privacy when making a return;
The hottle is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of the hottle research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
Sales;
If products are on sale they will not be refunded.

Please follow the below guidelines to ensure a smooth and seamless return process;
Request a return by emailing us at customercare@thehottle.com.au within 7 days of your purchase. Please make sure to include your order number. For incorrectly ordered items or wrong size selection, we are happy to offer a store credit. Store credits are issued for the value of the item, excluding any shipping costs paid. Credits are valid for 2 years and are not redeemable for cash.
Please note that return postage costs are not covered by the hottle. We highly recommend sending your return with tracking information to ensure we receive your item. We can't be held liable for returns lost in transit. Please ensure your order number is included inside the return parcel. Failure to do so is likely to cause a delay in your store credit being processed.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item/s must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once received, your return will be processed within 5 - 7 business days. Once your store credit has been approved, we will email you with confirmation and details.
Final sale items;
All final sale items will be marked accordingly and items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty / damaged goods;
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please email us at customercare@thehottle.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include images and information of the fault so we can resolve it for you as soon as possible.

The waist strap extends from 68cm to 122cm which is approximately size 6 to 22 (women’s clothing size) for wear around the waist.
Need a little extra room? Check out our extension strap which adds an additional 17-34cm.
